Whistleblowing

A fundamental tool for corporate compliance

All Gruppo Montenegro companies have updated their procedure with regard to whistleblowing, for the purpose of complying with the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 24/2023. It is worth mentioning that this upgrade also reflects the instructions and clarifications given by ANAC in July 2023.
Whistleblowing is a fundamental tool for corporate compliance, through which any employee or person operating on behalf of a Gruppo Montenegro company (or associated with it), is given a chance to report – in a confidential and classified manner – evidence of misdemeanours on the workplace.

As a point of reference for business conduct always mindful of the rules, both in-house and externally in its relations with third parties, in 2006 Gruppo Montenegro drafted and approved its own Organisational and Management Model (OMM), as required by Legislative Decree no. 231/2001, which includes che Code of Ethics

Stakeholder involvement

The Group always conducts its business taking carefully into account the needs of its stakeholders, actively participating in discussion groups with more than 20 trade associations, considering in a structured and collegial manner the main requests coming from the community, in the broadest sense of the word. Gruppo Montenegro has been able to establish a profitable relationship with local government offices in the areas where it operates, supporting a wide range of activities and initiatives.
The Group is also fully active in Gender Equality policies.
