The artworks we received have been assessed by a panel consisting of Aurora Fonda, director of the A plus A art gallery, Federica Sala, independent curator and design advisor and by the journalist and art critic Matteo Bergamini.<\/p>\n<p>The winner of the 2022 edition, the artist <strong>Koshevoy Bogdan<\/strong>, has lived in Venice for many years now.<\/p>\n<p>His large-scale work, entitled \u201c<strong>La Voga<\/strong>\u201d, is painted on fabric like a tapestry item, inspired by Oriental carpets, thus bringing to mind the connection between Venice and the East, which made it one of the most important and exotic centres in Europe, deeply affecting its art production.
