Gruppo Montenegro is strongly committed to operating according to a sustainable corporation vision, thus supporting \u201cQuality of life, any time of the day\u201d.<\/p>\n

The topics related to \u201cHealth, Safety & Environment\u201d (HSE) are of paramount importance in this regard, from the point of view of the community and consumers, as well as in terms of quality of life for its Employees.<\/p>\n

This is why Gruppo Montenegro spontaneously adopted an integrated management system for occupational and Environmental Health and Safety, according to the UNI ISO 45001:2018 – UNI ISO 14001:2015 international standards.<\/p>\n

The Group follows these international standards with a view to determinedly promoting actions aimed at reducing its environmental impact, ensuring health and safety in the workplace, steadily enhancing corporate performance also through the continuous involvement of its stakeholders.<\/p>\n

Gruppo Montenegro has also been awarded the UNI\/PDR 125 certification for \u201cGender Equality\u201d, attesting to the company\u2019s commitment with regards to inclusion and support to the empowerment of women. The certification also ensures gender equality in terms of salary and career advancement, counteracting all stereotypes and discriminations on the workplace.<\/p>\n<\/div>
