Luca Palmini has gained over twenty years’ experience with Gruppo Montenegro, covering various key roles in the Spirits and Food sector.
Before joining Gruppo Montenegro, he spent two years working with Conserve Italia
After four years as Quality Control Manager, he took on the role of Quality Assurance Manager for the Group, helping the company achieve all the main certifications for food safety at every step of the supply chain.
In 2007 his remit was expanded to include oversight of Research and Development for the Spirits division, and in 2015 for the Food division too.
Luca represents the Group in leading Italian trade associations such as AIIPA and Federvini, as well as European associations such as ESA (European Spice Association), THIE (Tea Herbal Infusion Europe) of which he is a member of the Board, ASTA (American Spice Trade Association) and Spirits Europe.
Since the end of 2017 he has been a member of the Executive Committee of NFI (Nutrition Foundation of Italy).
